What to Wear/ Bring

Long pants, smooth, hard soled shoes or approved riding boots (NO tennis shoes or hiking boots), and an approved ASTM/ SEI helmet with harness are required riding attire. Camp Olympia has many helmets for you to borrow, if you choose, but we do not guarantee their fit or safety. We can recommend many local area tack shops for purchase of your own equipment. The horses appreciate treats of carrots and apples, but we ask that you please feed them in the feed buckets NOT by hand. Fingers can be mistaken for treats!
