Camp Olympia proudly presents our 61st season of providing a positive influence in the children's lives. Our program consists of a well balanced, unique sports program for children ages 3 1/2 - 15. We are very proud of our reputation of offering both instructional and recreational activities that are fun and enjoyable. Some of our sports include: horseback riding, swimming, soccer, basketball, gymnastics, tennis, mountain biking and track and field events, plus much more. We limit the number of campers in order to maintain a high quality program. It is our belief that involving children in a healthy sports program provides a good influence in their lives.
Our eleven week session begins June 17, 2019. We recommend enrolling for a minimum of two weeks to ensure that your child can receive the full benefits of our program. We also recommend that the initial two weeks be consecutive. During or after your initial registration you may sign up for any additional weeks through the registration portal using your login information. Camp activity hours begin promptly at 9:30 am and conclude at 3:30 pm. You may drop off as early as 9:00 am and pick up as late as 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday without an extra fee. Extended hours are available from 7:00 am - 9:00 am and 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm. Door to door transportation is also available. See Registration & Tuition information below for more information.
Camp tuition is $399 per week and includes all activities. Your child may start any Monday. A tuition discount is offered for each additional child in a family at the rate of $365 per week, per additional child. Recommended registration is two weeks and you may extend if space is available. A registration fee of $25 per child plus a deposit of $199 per registered week will be due at checkout. The deposit will hold your child's spot as well as be applied to your remaining balance. The registration, deposit and tuition fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for full payment for all weeks that you reserve on your application regardless of weeks attended. Succeeding weekly tuition is payable one week in advance every Monday before the selected weekly session. This weekly fee MUST be paid in advance before your child may participate in any camp activities. In order to comply with the Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services and the State of Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, a health form is needed for each camper. A copy of this health form and camper introduction is included with the application. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as E-Checks and personal checks (personal checks only available after initial online registration). Door to door transportation is available to your home or office at an additional cost of $165 per child / per week. The drivers will call parents on the Sunday before your child begins with an approximate time of morning pick up and afternoon drop off. We have a flexible but limited pickup radius and seat availability so please call for availability to your area.
We are open from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. If your child is here before 9:00 am or after 4:00 pm, the cost will be $60 per week or $35 for morning care only or $45 for evening care only. If you pick your child up after 6:00 pm, there will be a late fee of $1. for every late minute. This late fee must be paid at time of pick up.
