Camp Olympia proudly presents our 59th season of providing a positive influence in the children's lives. Our program consists of a well balanced, unique sports program for children ages 3 ½ - 15. We are very proud of our reputation of offering both instructional and recreational activities that are fun and enjoyable. Some of our sports include: horseback riding, swimming, soccer, basketball, gymnastics, tennis, mountain biking and track and field events, plus much more. We limit the number of campers in order to maintain a high quality program. It is our belief that involving children in a healthy sports program provides a good influence in their lives.
Our eleven week session begins Monday, June 19, 2017. Minimum registration is two weeks and your child may begin any Monday. After meeting your two week minimum, you may sign up for any additional weeks. We do recommend that the initial two weeks be consecutive. Camp activity hours begin promptly at 9:30 am and conclude at 3:30 pm. You may drop off as early as 9:00 am and pick up as late as 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday without an extra fee. Extended hours are available from 7:00 am – 9:00 am and 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm. Door to door transportation is also available.
Camp tuition is $375 per week and includes all activities. Your child may start any Monday. A tuition discount is offered for each additional child in a family at the rate of $345 per week. Minimum registration is two weeks and you may extend if space is available. A registration fee of $25 per child plus the first two week's tuition must accompany the registration form. The registration and tuition fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for full payment for all weeks that you reserve on your application regardless of weeks attended. Any changes that are made to your application must be submitted in writing. Succeeding weekly tuition is payable one week in advance every Monday. This weekly fee MUST be paid in advance before your child may participate in any camp activities. In order to comply with the Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services and the State of Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, a health form is needed for each camper. A copy of this health form and camper introduction is included with the application. Please send a completed application, health form, camper introduction and full payment for the first two weeks when registering your child. We accept checks, VISA, Mastercard and Discover. We encourage you to register early to reserve the weeks you need.
Door to door transportation is available to your home or office at an additional cost of $165. per child / per week. Price subject to change based on gas price increases. The drivers will call parents on the Sunday before your child begins with an approximate time of morning pick up. Limited radius of pick up so please call for availability to your area.
We are open from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. If your child is here before 9:00 am or after 4:00 pm, the cost will be $60 per week or $35 for morning care only or $45 for evening care only. If you pick your child up after 6:00 pm, there will be a late fee of $1. for every late minute. This late fee must be paid at time of pick up.
